Entering Thailand
Travellers must satisfy these basic requirements as well as adhere to the latest travel requirements and advisories before you can be considered for entry.
PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS
Vaccinated travellers must have the following documents for entering Thailand:
- A valid passport, or a border pass for arrivals via border checkpoints.
- A Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Everyone 18 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with an approved vaccine at least 14 days before travelling to Thailand.
- Travellers 5-17 years of age travelling to Thailand unaccompanied must get vaccinated with at least 1 dose of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before travelling to Thailand. Those travelling with parents are exempt from this requirement.
Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers must have the following documents for entering Thailand:
- A valid passport, or a border pass for arrivals via border checkpoints.
- Professional ATK Covid-19 Test result issued within 72 hours before departure
Note: Thailand Pass and Medical Insurance are NOT required to enter Thailand.
ON ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS
Upon arriving in Thailand, all travellers must undergo entry screening including body temperature check, and present the required documents to the Immigration/Health Control officer to carry out the checks.
The vaccinated travellers will then be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom. *For arrivals by land using a border pass, they will be allowed a stay of no longer than 3 days within the specified areas only.
Likewise, unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers who have proof of a negative result from an RT-PCR test or professional ATK within 72 hours of travel will be allowed entry and are free to go anywhere in the kingdom.
DURING THE STAY
While in Thailand, both vaccinated and unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers are advised to strictly follow the health and safety standards. Travellers who are experiencing COVID-like symptoms should get tested. If testing positive, they must get the appropriate medical treatment.
Vaccination Requirements
Thailand’s border measures are categorised according to travel history, age, and vaccination status.
All travellers aged 18 and above are required to be Fully Vaccinated*

Event Admission Rules & Regulations
DECLARATION OF VACCINATION STATUS
All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated. You will be asked to show a valid proof of your vaccination during on-site check-in / registration.
As such, it is an offense to swap/transfer badges. If found to have deliberately misrepresented yourself and/or others (e.g. including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading verification documents and/or information), you may be subject to enforcement action under the Penal Code, Infectious Diseases Act and/or other COVID-19 legislation.
The Organiser and/or event staff reserves all rights to deny entry to any attendee who is unable to produce a proof of vaccination at the event. As such requests for refunds will not be entertained.
ADMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS
IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific allows professionals, trade and business visitors only. Minors, individuals below the age of 18, infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.
It is recommended to wear mask in the exhibition hall.
DRESS CODE
Attendees are also required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).
Attendees found not abiding by any of the regulations stated within the Agreement Form will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended depending on the severity of the offense. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without giving a reason. This also applies to build-up and dismantling periods.
